As a result of recent cases where stray animals have been found and owners were being sought, a number of owners have contacted us concerned that they may be liable if new owners fail to update passports with change of owner within the legal requirement of 30 days.

In responce to this we have now introduced a form whereby owners can advise us that an animal has been sold.
